From silica metal to silane intermediate and then to the final functional silane, every step is monitored and inspected, statistics and analysis are then performed and the result is getting in touch with relevant employee's achievements. In order to realize the above objectivel , we have 14 technicians and more than 20 sets instruments in the QC/QA Department.
